Policy

A catering contract must be approved with client signature for catering events exceeding $500.00.

All catering events are subject to a 17% service charge or hourly labor charge and 7.25% tax.

Catering attendants are available at the cost of $25.00 per hour. There is a 4-hour minimum charge.

For events after 4:00pm, labor will be charged at $25.00 per hour. The 18% service charge will be waived for caterings after 4:00pm.

We plan on one wait staff for every 25 guests, with two hours set up and 1 hour clean up plus the event timeframe to estimate labor hours.

All outside rentals will be charged at the cost invoiced to Eurest Dining.

This includes linens, equipment, china, table service, stages, tables, chairs, and all similar rental items.

All flowers, ice carvings, décor pieces, centerpieces and merchandising will be charged at the cost invoiced to Eurest Dining Services.

Buffet linen and skirting for food tables is included at no additional charge.

Skirting and linen for additional tables and registration tables cost $10.00 per table.

Standard in-house guest table linens and napkins will be invoiced at the cost below:

Rectangular linen: $4.00/each

Napkins: $ .75/each

White is standard for tablecloths. Other colors available with 72 hours notice.

There is no additional charge for china service, if the service fee does not cover the labor needed for the china event, the service fee will be waived and labor will be charged at $25.00 an hour.

The number of guests must be confirmed 48 hours prior to the event.

If there is no confirmation provided the actual amount of food prepared and the final bill will be based upon the estimated number of guests provided at the time of booking.

Quantities may be increased up to 6 hours prior to the start of the event. Once guaranteed, quantities may not be reduced after 48 hours prior to the event.

Eurest Dining will provide 5% over the guaranteed count for events over $500.

Catering will be invoiced at the number of people confirmed or the number of guests attending, whichever is greatest.

Taste tests are available at no charge for caterings over 50 people.

Taste tests for caterings for under 50 people will be charged a nominal fee of $50.00.

Due to health department regulations, any perishable food left over from caterings must not be removed. Items that are non-perishable such as beverages and pre-packaged snacks may be removed.

Caterings may be canceled up to 24 hours prior to the event. In the case that specific inventory has purchased, the cost of the inventory and any labor incurred in the preparation of food will be billed to the client at cost.

Events can be rescheduled without penalty within 7 days prior to the event
